DK,

You have asked some very good questions. As I get myself involved with the stock market for a little over two years and IMES is my first penny stock. I start paying attention to other penny stocks and find out that it is not uncommon for their management to just ignore the smaller investors. In IMES's case, I think they have made a big mistake and they will pay dearly for it.

When I look at the sudden drop, I wonder if someone knows some bad news or someone just got fed up with IMES and decided to take the loss and leave. Or maybe, even Cadence is trying to drive the price down so it can acquire IMES as cheap as it can. Or, the MMs know something big is coming from IMES and it's their last effort to ditch the price so they can profit from their short positions. Who knows. I will wait and see to the end of it. Good luck ,everybody!
