This is the news I was looking for, and it looks like the market was too. Up 1/4 so far on 40K shares and building. Anyone looking to bottom feed better get with the program. -- George

Ed,- Of particular note: "current net book value per share is approximately $2.15 and cash per share is approximately $1.25. The Company is far better capitalized today than at any other time in its history." The use of the word NET BV means (i think) net of all intangible assets, so the intangibles MAY have been written off the company's books in the 4th Q. We presently have a profitable company with $22 Mil. in assets, and 58.1% of our BV is cash. "The Company remains aggressively focused on consolidating the $5 billion North American charitable bingo industry that has over 35,000 bingo centers. The Company presently has no comparable public or private competition in this market. " No mention whatsoever of VGM, which I will infer to mean Wilson is consolidating his power position in the company. If the Yawnhoo post about Mike Fearnow is true, it would further my beliefs in Wilson's position at the top for good. We also appear to be the clear-cut market leader in the bingo industry. IMHO Wilson has won. MT
