Robert--Angelo's resignation should be very welcome by the Street. But I don't believe he would. For the possibility of a lawsuit, I don't expect it, neither. They already prepared for what might happen. They left little room for an attorney to play. The only thing I worried is whether SYSF is able to return to profitability. Although SysWiz is a joke, it may still be useful for awhile as soon as some fools buy it. We believed in SysWiz before, so will the followers. It depends how long it can last. It is very hard to say that SYSF will turn to normal in this quarter and even in next quarter. We may use Fidelity's next SC13G filing as an indicator. If Fidelity will still hold 8.4% of SYSF shares in next 13G, we may throw more money into this stock. Its last 13G was based on the ownerships on December 31, 1997. It won't be a problem for those Fidelity's fund managers to figure out what made the two third (almost 10 million) of the revenues to disappear in a three-month period. Hope that SYSF goes up instead of dropping further.

"Intel will encourage people to use its special software that
dials up the help center Internet site, where customers can pose
their problems directly or browse a library of frequently asked
questions. The software also will automatically diagnose the
customer's computer, provide data backup and virus protection."

Is this not a perfect application for SystemWizard ????
OK, so Intel paid for the development...give them a price break, but
get the name out there, get $1/unit, get SOMETHING !!!!!!!!
