Let me add one more positive to your list:

5) The electronic hand held/interactive toy segment is one of the faster-growing areas in the toy industry, allowing room for growth of both major players in the segment.

So Radica and Hasbro are not competing for shares of a mature, flat industry, rather both can continue to grow without necessarily taking sales from the other.
