For those details see the TPRO research thread. I am not recommending the warrants at this point in time but they sure did make since to me on 1/20/98.

Warrants: After stock closes at or above 6.375 for 20 consecutive trading days, the warrants are callable. According to the post just above, the company intends to call them immediately.

When they do, there will be 30 days to convert them to stock by paying an additional $3.50 to the company. If the warrants are called and not converted in time, they become worthless.
