To OFW

We may have over-spoke. We commend you on post (23) and research. A
quick analogy, when a lion perceives its cub is being attack the lion has a tendency to strike out against all those in proximity. It is instinct.

We received an update as of 2-11-98 Allen L Burditt owns 200,000 or 1.79% of the outstanding shares of Titan (TANC). All other response have not changed. We apologize for the error. Response was based on previous information received verbally (hard copy received today).

We understand your concerns Titan is not Oilex. In the past there may have been a correlation but it is now separated by the Grand Canyon.

Thanks The Baron
