foot the bill unless Ukraine unconditionally surrenders
and goes neutral

The ukraianians are good at being cannon fodder
having 8 years to fortify a defensive line w/NATO/MIC
assets everywhere helped to a point. Russia doesn't
believe in shock and awe otherwise where would we be?
