We all realize that Y2K will drive short-term earnings and lay the foundation for consolidation and acquisitions that will sustain valuations past 2000.

To get a better perspective on valuation, can we split the current $8.50 stock price into the value of Y2K earnings and the core business beyond Y2K?

How much is each piece worth, and what are your assumptions?
