The SEC demands may have the reverse effect than some think.. Many holders will be relieved that someone is going to step in and give a thumbs up or down in some important areas. Those that believe will now be vindicated, or non-believers will be proven correct. If things are as BAAT portrays, this will give them much publicity to their benefit.

You never know. All you have is a shell company that has achieved 93 mpg with a soupped up Geo Metro driven at 40 mph with no control test vehicle (i.e. an identical soupped up Geo Metro without the BAT device on it). Keep in mind that there are no financials available (and investors should be very interested in this), no patent, no known market and a no value test, except for hype value. If BAT really has a fuel performance enhancing product, why not install it on a production car that everyday weenies like us might actually purchase and drive and show the actual increased performance. In my mind, there are only a couple of reasons for this. (1) It ain't that significant of an increase in performance or (2) the significant improvement cannot be justified due to cost of manufacture or maintenance.

Therefore, I suggest that you might own this company (whatever it is) today at .15 but the real question would then still be, "What is BAT really worth?" My guess is that you won't own it today at that price, but I wouldn't place that order next week, it just might trade at .15 or below!
