Once the transgender operation is complete and the person is legally considered to be a member of the opposite sex, the person is treated as a member of the opposite sex, for better or for worse.

Those who are opposed to a transgender participating in sports based on their new gender are opposed to transgender operations to begin with.

I understand the situation is not perfect, but I see no getting around the sports issue without disrespecting the rights of the transgender. Once transgender operations became legal, the rest follows suit.

The courts have spoken. And I agree with their verdict.
