Nicholas,

I don't get it...I presumed the only reason SOLV didn't sell its' remaining 12% to Koch is so it would at least have 12% of "something" when the dust settled. Admittedly, that is no "small potatoes" in light of the oil production potential of the SOLV lease holdings. The fact that SOLV could soon pay off it's creditors, still have a 12% piece of the action, retain the mineral rights and the technology was my reason for hangin' on. And the stock was on the rise!

My guess is that Koch has some first right of refusal options for the Solv 12%....why wouldn't they exercise them to grab 90% of the oil?? Why share with UTS? Surely, Koch has ten mil laying around somewhere??

But, getting back to SOLV...what's left now? Somethin's amiss in Mudville, Nicholas...got any clues?
