And my take too,,,,,

OK so based on all known information let's lower our collective expectations. We have a stock with no analyst coverage and no big institutional following that will primarily be driven by earnings events. I'm going to apply a multiple of 10 to the stock reflecting lowered expectations. I think we're all pretty much in agreement that Radica earns $2.50 for fiscal 98. I think we can all agree that a 10 multiple is reasonable. Therefore, we arrive at a December price target of $25 a share. Stock now trades at $15. So a realistic return on investment is 67% over the next 9 months.

I've played this game a long time and for my money, this makes sense. Final thought...Nine trading days until earnings driven event. I know I might have oversimplified the situation, but that's the way my mind works. Anybody have a problem with my analysis?

Roger

I guess my simplistic take on this from a purely greedy standpoint is that all of this uncertainty regarding the impact that the Has/Tiger deal will have on RADAF has turned RADAF into a trading stock. Easy money can no longer be made in the short or intermediate term from simply buying and holding. I believe I will have to revert to my old ways and take an aggresive trading stance towards this stock until the situation changes.

Some additional thoughts on has, tiger and radaf. As things now stand
radaf is the only real alternative in handheld electronic games to has/tiger. I know of no major chains that are comfortable with monopoly suppliers. Therefore, strategically it makes a lot of sense for major retailers to provide more space to alternative suppliers, e.g. radica. Radica has opportunity to gain more space as a result of this, perhaps starting with the toy chain from paramus.

all imo,

Gary
