Why do you think there's violence at Trump's rallies and not Cruz's?

Couldn't have anything to do with Trump constantly advocating violence against his protestors, could it? Saying stuff like he wants to punch a protestor in the face and have others taken out by on a stretcher, etc. etc.?

I don't see these violent protests at Kasich, Rubio or Cruz rallies because they don't invite them. Like Trump does.

Dopey Donald stupidly admits Cohen told the truth about him:

Because if they're false, why didn't he bring a defamation claim? So it kind of makes no sense.
