21 year old Massachusetts National Guard member Jack Texiera had access to an internal Defense Department computer network at Joint Intelligence Base Cape Cod.

He founded the "Thug Shaker Central" chat group for Christian antiwar gamers where he posted classified documents and videos of himself at a shooting range yelling racist and antisemitic statements.

Jack's stepfather Tom Dufault had recently retired from the same Joint Intelligence Base Cape Cod, and his step-brother Alex Dufault still works there.
