I heard somewhere ( can't provide a reference ) that the White House was conducting polls to see what kind of offensive the American people would accept. Nice leadership.

Geez are they ever bad business people...don't they realize if we destroy Iraq's weapons building equipment...they can sell them new stuff...again!

I think that's just it. They exactly understand that and so are making talk against it to remain friends with their customer. Also last time I looked, it seemed Russia was just a jetstream shift away from being downwind. Guess they don't want to catch an Iraqi flu.
