Does not look like it will happen, presently at $9.95 with some support.

WHy would anyone want to buyout Western Copper. Teck has a majority stake in the Westerns top prospect. Kennecott also owns some shares.
It's tough to say if it is a target.....they first need far better results.
With metal prices so low....this play wouldn't be mined for many years.
