What I am saying is that if you are accusing a person of wrong, you do it to their face, not behind their back. The conference call was announced in plenty of time and everyone had a chance to speak. I have a background in bankruptcy, representing creditors. Granted my experience is only in the US, but I do know they take a long time to resolve. Yes they are a mess. Everybody is fighting everybody else over the spoils. I generally use the same criteria you do when investing. Management background for me is important as to the experience they have in the area of their current position. If they were part of a failing past venture, may not necessarily mean failure now. In the end we all make our own decisions on investments. You look at this company and based on your research you chose to pass. I look at it and chose to invest only time will tell who is correct.
