IMHO,
The POG is unfolding true to form and manipulation is not a factor.
The four main element of review so far:
1) producer selling. Barrick and the like sold out years ago with
POG weakness anticipated.
2) Central bankers selling, without an orderly fashion and wreckless
abandon, This created fear and inevitable profits for speculators.
3) Speculators, hedge funds sold in anticipation of further CB sales
How could they go wrong CB's will sell till its all sold.
If you look at the sequence of events that brought the price down,
they will now repeat on the way back up. In the same order with the
same result in POG movement. Other then undersupply from producers
will become evident.
1) Producers will buy back the forward sales, close mines and wait it out.
2) The majority of CB's have sold there positions out. Yes a little
more may follow but there sales may barely meet the under supply from
producers.
3) The market will realize that all CB gold will not hit the market,
the fundamentals dictate demand outstripping supply and the hedge
funds with crystal balls and speculators will see a no lose situation
for an increase in the POG.
Through in a couple of Buffets, and acceleration will be achieved.
Good luck all.
Mark
