Janice, none,zip,nill? I have an account w/PW also, they know I've been buying on behalf of my kids and myself alike for a few months. They never enen mentioned anything to me. I guess if it was a mute point why even make mention of it? kinda' like this message. curious though. thanks. AugustWest.

Big deal- it's a secondary offering.. If you want
infoseek, just buy existing shares on the open market.
It's not like you're getting pre-IPO shares that are
going to jump 50% in the first day. In fact, if you
paid the secondary price, you've already lost money.
