Pancho, Just shorted this stock today at 9 3/8. There is a ton of liability for the company due to Redux (6 million prescriptions written and as many as 2 million lawsuits possible). Plus, the company has virtually NO revenue and will not unless their stroke drug gets approved (but that will not be until next winter at the earliest and only a 50-50 chance they will get approved). Until then, the company has a 400 mill market cap, no revenues, lots of liability and lots of bad press for the next 6-9 months. This stock has nowhere to go but lower.
