DG, all I know is that Capital runs the American Funds, and that they've significantly increased their position in MU from the middle of the year to the end of the year. It sounds like they're mostly a funds company, but I guess its possible they also have some other capacities. I was trying to find out some information on Capital yesterday, and found all kinds of investment companies with Capital in their title, so it could easily be another one. (I have no idea, and didn't have a clue who they were until today).
