Regarding CNC. Sure, they have a lot of goodwill on the balance sheet due to their acquisitions. In fact, this is about the entire stockholder's equity.

However, they also have about $100+/share in cash/securities on the balance sheet. Hard to argue about that.

Pancho, interesting comment on CNBC, the analyst on the floor was saying that investors were going after the stocks with a high short interest, and running em up. Now we knew that was happening, but that was the first time I heard it mentioned in the media.
