How would you know? Lots of Latinos are doing just fine here in the construction business. I work with them dude. They love working with me because I'm not a red neck... in fact I carry salsa music for when I'm working on jobs next to them. No one cares... whites, latinos... we're all working people who support each other. If you don't get along, you don't work. My neighbor/friend Miguel just bought a second VERY expensive GMC work truck tricked out with tool boxes and all new tools. Miguel's been my friend for years. You're clueless.
