So let me get this straight. You can have sex with an underling if you intend to get married or only after you get married? What if that was your intention but then you change your mind. There is also the possibility that you are forced into wedlock in order to avoid the rap.

Christine try to make your rhetoric independent of gender. Like "what men in positions of power". It just sounds better. But I know what you mean. However, the dream of the enlightened philosopher-judge has not weathered the passage of time kindly (unless it is me we are talking about). You have to describe guiding precepts and not outcomes. If you got to dictate those I am sure we would all fare so much better!
