They printed right around you and they have every right to do so because it is a market maker made market. Its not a listed exchange where if you had an order to sell at .95, the specialists couldnt sell stock at 1.0 without making you complete. Here some firm is selling stock at 1.00 when the bid is probably .90. They arent representing you or it would never had gone to 1.0. Instead itwould have been your offer at .95 and anyone paying 1.00 for stock would have been paying outside themarket. Welcome to OTC markets and especially BBs.
