2. merged

I tried to confirm this with the company... They would not confirm or deny that George is gone...

Strange they wouldn't comment. I went looking at their web page for any sort of news and found that under the management page imes.com George Smith's name is gone and Dr. Lee Hoevel is now the new CEO.
