I talked to both Tom and Franco....Toms posting was about as similar to Franco's as popcorn is to whipped cream :-) Nice spin you put on it Martin, gotta hand it to ya. If I ever need someone to put a negative spin on something, your the first person I'm coming to. What are those rates like anyways, do good yeas get good rates or bad rates?..... Your point is???? I think your reaching for anything to comment to me about that post... nice though, real nice.
