Pancho more of your usual BS, with the exeception of your obtuse reference to Barron's (2/9) "Bucking the Trend" Paul Duggan interview. BTW from the look of the article this guy mostly follows Banks. .... What does he know about Biotech? They don't mention his Pans. So Barron's readers will never understand his line of reasoning.

As for more factual stuff, there was a large jump in short interest last month. So maybe there is more room on the downside. I guess we'll see. But I think it's safe to say that most of the EASY money was made from $22 down over the last 6 months. Are there any Geniuses on the thread who went SHORT back in '96 in the $30's or $40's ???

As for arguements about the Balance Sheet WHO CARES? THE STREET CERTAINTLY DIDN'T GIVE A FLIP TODAY ... IPIC Budged down 1/8th point.
WHETHER ITS BEATING STREET ESTIMATES OR HAVING A CRAPPIE
Balance Sheet. Come on WAKE UP, THIS IS BIOTECH

what really matters IS:

A) IPIC is in the DOGHOUSE UNTIL the LEGAL Picture clears up OR GETS WORSE.

and B) How drug development in the pipeline is progressing.

Frankly, I FEEL more comfortable now with 3 mill SHORT as a floor of support & future demand . BTW, I bought more this AM.

As for ITRC being a $2 stock, I think Art Samberg & others would take issue with that statement. It's enough to know that it came public at $16, has run to $30 AND has NEVER CLOSED BELOW $15 So go ahead SHORT A BUNCH of ITRC as WELL.

When you & I learn to Manage our position, & get out of the business of trying to PREDICT future price movements. We'll both be better investors .

BTW, if memory serves me the FDA averaged around 9 months to review an NDA in 1997

<My opinion is the result of conversations with a very limited number of neurologists familiar with the drug [i.e., the trials] who thing it is not better than sugar water.>

Really? I bought this disappointing stock at 37 the last time, and the only reason I haven't taken the loss is because of IPIC's new drugs in the pipeline.

Is there anyone here who can offer any reassurance?
