They're going to try their best to line up retail clients to unload all their new shares. All the while telling everyone how great AOL is. The plan usually works out very well for them.

Dave, were those upgrades? Seems like the analysts are about as bullish as could be imaginable; only two holds out of 28 analysts covering the stock- the rest buys and predominately strong buys. If some analyst actually had ethics and downgraded, that could definitely be a hammer to the stock price.
