<Yes, they are aware of the article in the LA Times. They are shocked that this information was made public. David quoted me the letter that SEC sent them and I quote: "This inquiry is confidential and should not be construed as an indication by the comission or its staff that any violation of the law has occurred, nor is it a reflection upon any person, entity, or security."> Looks like SEC has problems of its own. :) Doc

Is this a reliable source? After visiting that YAHOO site for awhile, I became suspicious of EVERYONE. Its like the "Nurse" left the keys out and all the inmates escaped and logged on. REading it I became very aware of just how easy it was in SALEM to believe in witches and burn innocent folks at the stake. Sometimes I think things haven't changed all that much. If it is true, it is a very nice bit. of info.

Now that you have brought kloock_7 up, he is a BAAT hypster who has conspired with Joe in using press releases as a vehicle to inflate the price of BAAT. These excerpts over a 2 hour time period that show what I mean. Note: As far as I know, there is nothing wrong with this as long as statements are accurate and complete.
