<Will INVX ever see 32 again? Any thoughts?............or just bite the bullet and sell...................>

Sure, I think INVX has shown up as a very stable company, (perfomance, not share price) capable of pulling a profit in hard times. I've been bearish on the short term because they are faced wih some basic industry problems that have held them back. These problems are cyclical. They will right themselves, but when?

I think the saying now is 2 quarters away, expect resurging demand, inventory problems corrected and better product mix. At that time, it seems likely that INVX will be worth 32. In the mean time, it could bounce back and forth between 27 and 21 for a few months. Especially during the next quarter. (This is pure non-technical, seat of the pants speculation)

After 6 months, we should have an indication of who will get the most business from the next generation interconnect war. This will probably show Hutch wins a few and hopefully INVX wins more. We'll also have more insight into new business futures with flex circuits. That's the market, lot's of uncertainty. Hopeully, Innovex's good management will pull through again.

Question is, can you wait? If you are bored and need to trade, perhaps Doug's advice to sell call options is good for you. I find it adds a lot to my yearly return.

If you've got better bets, take the loss and buy something else. Then come back in a few months and review INVX again.

Regards,

Mark

Anthony, My guess is that it will take a while to reach $32/share absolutely, barring a takeover (6 months +). But what I'm doing is to use a "creep forward" strategy with INVX each month. The option premiums are pretty fat on INVX so I am going to write an option every month and see if I cannot "goose" my return on INVX in that fashion.....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
