To all:

Decided to share my short-term tactics and ask for a feedback.

I am about to buy more before closing. My reasons are:

1) It's really impossible to predict the next price move from here. There is a possibility of another jump 3+ points up from here. I hate to miss it.

2) The earnings will not be terrific but still they will be good. The CC, I believe, will be inspiring - for the newbies more than for the "veterans" and this is important.

3) Temporary pullback is also very possible, but it may last short - 1 - 2 hours Tuesday morning and then - a comeback.

4) Substantial retreat to 6 3/4 - 7 may happen as well and I should be prepared for it too.

So, I divide all "safe" margin I have into three parts and am buying 1/3 now, ready to buy another 1/3 Tuesday morning; and saving the last 1/3 for further dip.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Viktor.

C.K. HOUSTON's TAVA RESEARCH REPORT
===============================================================
I've been putting together a "TAVA Technologies Research Report" for all of my friends and family who I've gotten into this stock, and am willing to share. It's pretty exciting when you can sit down, relax and read what's been going on ... instead of sitting in front of a computer screen, clicking thru links. PLUS ... it's a great way to see the whole picture.

The report will be about 20-25 pages. Don't worry - I won't bore people with "embedded systems" stuff - just the basics.

It will cover what's been going on over the past 6-8 months. Break down clients, contracts, alliances, vertical markets, management, overview of PlantY2K One, etc.

If you're interested, and would like a copy, email me at:
Quest@hypercon.com
- Subject heading: TAVA Research Report

You'll need Word97 to download the file.

The report will be completed over this weekend.

Cheryl

P.S. I would appreciate some help on formatting a couple of sections. If you have Word97, and a couple of free hours over this weekend - please email me.
