Not one mention in that report as to why WMT was losing money on those stores. If the people want to have a store in their area, the solution is simple. Start trying to stop the looters from stealing the stores blind. Communities need to first police themselves. Gotta love the comment from one shopper. "The store is always full but it has nothing to buy". Of course not, you idiot. It has all been stolen.
