This argument has been going on at MOA since the beginning
of the SMO. My take is that while growing up we were taught
that Ukraine was the breadbasket of the USSR. It wasn't considered
a "state" of the USSR but a region.

As for the Baltic states who really cares what they think. They

might as well be Monaco, Vatican City, San Marino.....
