Whyever would you want to know? Tell me, are you plotting something evil? Somehow, I could picture you right up there with the best of the best of Caltech's finest. <vbg>

I have no idea what the largest part of a stripped Volkswagen would be but, off hand, I would guess it to be the roof or the floorpan, or perhaps the hood. Caltech being a very old campus, some of the boom closets are quite commodious and approach the square footage of a tract house in San Jose.

For my part, there was not enough money in the world to get me into a moving Volkswagen and not very near a parked one. Call it an occupational hazard. Not only that, they were noisy little bugs. Did anybody ever measure the decibel level of a running Volkswagen?
