Do you know anything about this? I didn't know there was a problem.
No, I wasn't aware about this particular bill, or about any caste-based discrimination that is taking place among companies like Google or Cisco.

I'm aware that caste-based discrimination is a thing, but that's a subject that I largely avoid among my Indian coworkers because, quite frankly, it's none of my business.

If one of my colleagues is being bullied, harassed, or looked down upon because of his or her "caste," I would take it upon myself to address the issue, especially with those doing the harassing.

But I haven't seen any clear instances of it myself.

we have heard do this issue up here, a daughter marries a guy from the wrong caste, sometimes she gets killed.
