Hear Hear Truth 4 you.

The SEC regulations state roughly that anyone that makes "public" statements regarding a stock, MUST declare his "interest" in same.

I take that to go as far as claiming whether you hold shares, have
a short or long position, work for the company, sell that companies
shares or are being paid to promote that stock.

It is true that in order to make money by selling off your shares, someone else must buy them. But real private investors are more likely to be respectful of other people and their money.

It really comes down to this: Real private investors are sick of
the time wasting money sucking garbage that takes up much of SI, not
to mention 95 percent of Cyberwhispers, etc.

Everything else we have tried has failed. It's time to make a change.

the truth for you... internetnews.com

finish the thread before you start making accusations, want to protect yourself from fraudulant companies, buy the ones that will report or do dd.

i don't have any tactics, only a few facts, stress few

ps this was posted around jan 26, i went to the site i saw it . that which was more recently posted as the article is not fraudulent.not unsubstantiated, but facts, if you want to substantiate a claim from internet, post the address.

pss, just what i want , sec and govt to regulate my speech. hypesters will make themselves known in my opinion, pretty soon you'll be held responsible for saying gee, i really like this stock, because then are you now promoting it...who will post if they were held liable for every claim that this stock looks good or that stock looks good, where do you draw the line on that, maybe it is si responsibility to see that promoters, people who get paid for stock writeups, etc shouldn't be allowed for conflicting interest reasons but keep govt and sec out of it. si gets the credit card number they can find out who is who if it came down to it.
