Doug, Sorry. I thought it was clear. When a brokerage is "on the sell side" it means they are at the best ask, at least the way I look at it. Just about all the traders always have quotes hanging out, but only a small number are actually in the market, or at the best ask, as you say. GSCO was on the sell side quite a bit today. And I never, ever post misleading or false information, as some people continue to insist is the case, for reasons which I do not understand. You don't have to like me. But that doesn't mean you have to accuse me of lying. Happy Investing! Vanni
