TO: ALL CVIA THREAD PARTICIPANTS!!!! In efforts to set the record straight, Brad was quite accurate when he suggested that it may have been possible that Jack Arnold was trying to return my messages , but was restricted, due to a mistake on my part! I have just accessed an e-mail that was sent to me from Jack Arnold in response to some questions that I directed to him on behalf of this thread! The time of the response indicated on the Date portion of the E-mail is February 12, 1998 at 8:03 PM.-----The reason that I did not get access to it earlier is I imagine because of the fact that I have just changed E-mail providers as well as taking on a new e-mail address due to my recent move / relocation this week! Sorry! Jack Arnold and all CVIA Thread Participants!---I do have to keep the faith, as at best I am still only a two fingered typist, and am very close to having complete mental lapses when it comes to changing or modifying any data or information as it pertains to the computer or internet! ( I'll be in big trouble if ever one of my two typing fingers cramp up!!!! (: In efforts not to make this my longest posting on record , I will sign off now, and post Jack Arnold's feed-back in the next while ! Best Regards, Wayne J.

TO: ALL CVIA THREAD PARTICIPANTS!!!! The following is a summary of information that Jack communicated to me on February 12, 1998 at 8:03 P.M.!!!! #1. In response to the question of when the Reg. S filing would be made available? Jack indicated that he is waiting for the updated government software which was ordered on February 4th. so that the filing can be done electronically. #2. In response to the question as to why Jack Arnold wasn't filing this way already? The answer that Jack gave , was that when Jack took over the company , he was not even aware of the electronic filing requirements. #3. Jack indicated that it has taken him a while to get up to speed on many of these things. He also indicated that as soon as they get the software, our accountant will file that information. #4. In response to the question as to when we can expect the next CVIA news release? Jack indicated that the next news release will be within the next two weeks or so. #5. I also asked Jack the question, that if and when the next news release comes out, could the CVIA followers expect the news to contain more specific and "meaty" and informative details of the merger / acquisition activities?-------Jack's response to that question was, " There is a 50-50 chance the news will be meaty." #6. I indicated to Jack that some CVIA followers were indicating that they were having some difficulty getting through on the phone line! ( I, Wayne J. should clarify, only one time have I phoned and not been able to get through, as far as someone not answering my call, now that I think of it, it may very well have been my new phone line I had installed at my new residence just moments before I called the CVIA Telephone Number!!!----Also it is quite possible that I dialed the wrong number???-------On the other hand much bettor to be safe than sorry!!!!----As I am learning very quickly!!!!!). Jack's response to the Telephone issue was in Jack's own words, " I do not know why callers are not getting someone on the CVIA phone line. The number is 918-747-2842 and someone is there to answer it from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F Central Time." #7. Jack also indicated that the Reg. S shares are not currently being converted. #8. The last notable point from Jack's feed-back was ( in my opinion) Jack's following comments, " The merger is proceeding along at a very rapid pace. If no major obstacles pop up, we are looking at inside 30 days." On a lighter side , I just had to ask Jack if he was DLEE ( one of our CVIA Posting contributors) ? Jack's response was, " No, I am not DLEE, although I do enjoy the posts." Jack! If your out there following the postings on this thread ( which in my opinion I feel that you are, in fact I believe that you have indicated such in the past) -----Thank you for your response, in my opinion I feel that you have several interested and vested CVIA followers watching and waiting for future developments, especially the "meaty" news announcements that I hope begin to surface within the next 30 days! I've marked on my calendar the time frame of late February to mid -March , ( hoping for no major obstacles in the meantime!) Jack! Remember to take it one step at a time, and my hunch is that although I can very well imagine how anxious many of us CVIA Shareholders appear----my guess is that we have the potential to be patient enough , to allow the powers to be, to make the right and profitable business decisions on behalf of the CVIA Shareholders! No! Doubt! What so ever in my mind that the merger/acquisition task might sometimes appear or feel like trying to slay a Dragon with a Tooth Pick!!!! But! In some very rare instances, and with just the right person leading the charge, and with just the right amount of tooth picks, and just the right number of stabs or pokes at the Dragon with the tooth picks, in some cases the Scary Dragons have been known to step aside, and let some determined and persistent warriors pass by them to move on to greater and more rewarding crusades! Well last time I checked, we had lots of tooth picks, there are definitely many Dragons out there to slay, and in my own opinion we definitely have a warrior/leader in the likes of Jack Arnold who appears to be willing and able to take as many pokes as required to allow the Dragon to let to let him pass and move our little shell company profitably forward!! ( Of course all this is strictly my own opinion!) Well Jack! Carry On!!!--And next time I'll try to dial the correct phone number!! Best Regards, Wayne J. P.S. By the way Jack! Don't hurt the "DRAGON", some of them make nice house pets! At least a great "Watch Dog???" You know what's coming next ! Don't you?------Come to your nearest CVIA/WOTD Retail outlet and get your picture taken with Jack Arnold and his pet "Dragon" ( Yes! Just my own opinion!)
