Karl,

That does look suspiciously like they could have been the buyers. Do we have anyway to look at the fund's holdings as of 12/31/97 to see for sure if they just did this. This is the time of year for this type of SEC reporting. At first I thought it was probably just a coincidence.

Also, it just occurred to me that with all the volume we've been seeing the past few days and the price making little upward headway, could the buyers of the 2.4 million shares be liquidating them this quickly?
