Ok, I read the meme since you were so excited about it.

It's an emotional play on the right wing fear of minorities replacing them in the work force. And their horror that kids might hear something of a sexual nature in school.

They think everyone is grooming kids for something and the kids are so stupid that they can be talked into changing their sexuality. It's the stupidest thing in the world right now.

That sums it up.
