They can often by identified by physical traits such as body shape, breasts, and the presence of a vagina vs. a penis. See? In the 80's I had the misfortune to be in a female strip bar when a full sex change person came on stage. I didn't clue in right away but I noticed this person had big feet. top came off, the fake boobs were very far apart, I'm thinking this is one weird looking female. when the bottom part was exposed I knew this was no original female. I was not a happy camper to have seen this person and I told the bartender who I knew what the hell were they thinking. his explanation an agency had sent this person.to them. I wish I had never seen that person.
