Quick question, you list TMO as the largest raise in the portfolio, but I don't see TMO listed in the portfolio. Was it used as a source of cash?

Re: Young Folk Portfolio ... Add On

The mid month cash contribution hit the account today and with that I added the following:

ARE - 1 share
MAA - 1 share
VICI - 5 shares

These are all in the Roth. All of this year's cash contribution will be added to the real estate portion of this account. The 3 companies listed above were the smallest positions and I am trying to bring them up in size.

The real estate portion of this portfolio has the following characteristics:

Holdings: 8
Balance: $43,228
Income $1,510

Dividend Yield: 3.49%
Dividend Growth: 8.3%

Position ... Value

LSI ...... $8,020
O ........ $7,673
PLD .... $7,415
DHI .... $6,424
MAA ... $3,526
ESS .... $3,439
VICI .... $3,373
ARE .... $3,358

DHI is a homebuilder but I thought it belonged in the real estate sector of this portfolio.
