BC, I would not call that above a "racist rant". Other than that one sentence, which itself is rather mild, I too think it's not a "racist rant." But even if it were "racist," I don't see how that relates to the Dominion lawsuit and subsequent settlement. Those particular comments do not relate to the case itself, so the only risk here is someone leaking the comments out to the mainstream media. Which in itself would be an invasion of privacy.
