MSNBC says the max sentence for Pezzola is 30 years, with one charge still being deliberated, and it's 50 years for the other 4. Honestly, I consider them to be traitors who "levied war against the US", and I think they deserve the death penalty.

defence lawyers unsuccessfully attempted to subpoena Mr Trump

Four Proud Boys guilty of seditious conspiracy over US Capitol riot

Ol' Yeller throws them under the bus. Jury not intimidated.

The seditious conspiracy charge alone carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison.

The Proud Boys repeatedly posted a number of violent threats online. For instance, in November 2020, Tarrio wrote on a post by Joe Biden: "YOU need to remember the American people are at war with YOU. No Trump…No peace. No quarter."

Others posted about civil war, firing squads and "traitors". (Just like some here.)

Other charges

Jurors also convicted Tarrio and the others of obstructing an official proceeding, conspiracy to prevent an officer from discharging their duties, obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder and destruction of government property with value of over $1,000 in one of the most important cases to date stemming from the siege on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
