Dale,

Suffice it to say that I don't agree with anything you've said. In my view, warrants don't keep down the price of stocks and it's not the warrants fault that this stock price is bad. You have provided no evidence for your point of view but your own personal feelings. That's fine, but I wish you didn't present it with the certainty of fact. I am sorry that you take your anger out on the warrant holders and warrants. I don't know why the stock price is down, but I know that it was a lot higher when there were warrants and a lot lower when there were warrants and I don't believe that the warrants are the problem.

I think I'm starting to see you as a problem, though. I'm a stockholder and warrant holder, investing in the company in both ways. And you're trying to campaign against the value of my warrants. I sure don't like that!

Since I paid considerably more for the warrants than their current value, my loss is still much greater than the increase in price. Personally I'm not celebrating yet, but I'm a lot happier now that I understand that they will almost certainly be extended further.

The increased value in the stock price advances the price of the warrants, so I see the stock price potentially helping my warrant price, if the stock goes up, and potentially harming my warrant price, if the stock goes down. For me, stock and warrant are on the same side.

I'm sorry you see it differently.

Linda
