Do you eat a lot of eggs? I stumbled onto maybe the greatest recipe and history book on eggs ever written with over 800 recipes, and 750 pages! The PDF version is free but too large to email ~140MB. The recipes are for chicken eggs and already learned all bird eggs are edible except for two species in Papua New Guinea because they eat a type of beetle that contains a neurotoxin. That doesn't mean all eggs are tasty.

There is a printed version that is supposedly high quality for $48 which actually sounds reasonable for its size. Doubt they will make money on the book so it sounds like a labor of love. The PDF is free, you fill out a short order page and then it's a free download. I downloaded the PDF and after reading some of it made a modest paypal donation. If my mother is into the idea will buy her a printed copy as a gift. FWIW.
