Dale,
I agree that it isn't only earnings that drive a stock price. Each situation is different. People buy stocks for many different reasons but you would agree that stocks with earnings make it a little easier to sleep at night?

Can we move on from the warrants trash talk? I think the bigger picture should be discussed.

Why the 60 day extension? I thought the move was highly unusual. Although I agree with Bilberry most of the time, I have my doubts on this one. If they were going to be extended in some simple form, I believe it would have been spelled out at the time. Paperwork can always follow. They knew about the expiration date long ago so it shouldn't have caught them by surprise. I think they had ample time. It would not surprise me if they scrapped these warrants and had another offering, similar to what the Swiss were offered. The warrantholders (and shareholders) would be offered units at a bargain. Of course it could kill the stock for awhile, but if the price is good......In any event, I think there is a bigger reason for the 60 day delay (and it's not so warrantholders can unload their shares).
