I assume your statement, "It's not illegal. It's only illegal not to pay was if already owed", was a reply to the following exchange:

You - It's an attempt to slow the ever expanding debt.
Me - An illegal attempt at that.

So I say fine; you and I disagree about the legality of the debt ceiling law (DCL).

However, you have failed to provide proof of DCL legality, other than the legislator created it in the face of the 14th amendment.

Again I ask you: what are the government's unauthorized debts that are awaiting payment? In other words, what debts are unauthorized and can therefore be refused payment?

Please name them.
