Whether the election was tampered with or not is a matter of speculation and practically irrelevant. Biden was elected and will be serving his full term whether the conspiracy theorists like it or not. Good luck trying to prove it. In a way, it is like proving the existence or non-existence of G-d; it is a waste of time and energy and based on faith, not facts. ( I know all the theoretical arguments pro and con in that regard.)
